Social enterprise has been recognized as one of the most successful model for ensuring not-for-profit organizations gain capacity to cover at the very least, a portion of their re-current expenditure. Because of the divergent nature of these organizations,
it is not possible to develop a uniform social enterprise model to be adapted to the needs of all organizations.It becomes necessary therefore for KFSE to work with the different organizations seeking our support, to develop organization-specific models for financial sustainability. In many cases it will be about tweaking existing strategies to fit the character and constraints of a particular group, but in other cases it will call for research and development of completely unique models.
