Social enterprise has been recognized as one of the most successful model for ensuring not-for-profit organizations gain capacity to cover at the very least, a portion of their re-current expenditure. Because of the divergent nature of these organizations, it is not possible to develop a uniform social enterprise model to be adapted to the needs of all organizations.

It becomes necessary therefore for KFSE to work with the different organizations seeking our support, to develop organization-specific models for financial sustainability. In many cases it will be about tweaking existing strategies to fit the character and constraints of a particular group, but in other cases it will call for research and development of completely unique models.
